Area of interest indicator - repost

Need an indicator to mark out areas of intrest on the chart. I want to be able to draw a rectangle box on the chart which will then create an alert. I would like to know when it reaches this box. This will send back information on the pair, time, timeframe the level in which has gone to and if price climbed to this area or fell into this area. Want it to be quick and able to put multipule on one chart.
Needs to be able to notifications to mobile, email, and sound and message alert.
