microcontroller programming

I need a program written on C for the microcontroller PIC 16F876. You can find the schematic diagram and what I have written as an example attached here. You need to rework the entire software and change the program that i have given as an example. Payment 50 USD on the 15 of march. No milestones accepted because I can not pay unless the program is correct.

I need a programme to control the atmosphere degree by turning the heater on when the degree goes under 10 degrees, and turning the heater of then turning the air condition on if the degree goes over 25. I need a programme to control the light operation to save electricity like turning on the light when the system senses someone passing the place that covered by the system and turning the light off after a period of time like 5 minutes when no body moving around.I need it to be on MPlab, the micro controller number is pic18f1220.I need also a 3000 word as a report about it. payment of 50 USD on the 15 of march.
