We are planning to setup an SMS based service in India. Our business includes 2way SMS system. ie., our customers can send sms to a number, the sms should be managed be the software which will be developed by you.

We are not looking for a sms reseller. You have to develope a custom software for us. We will give complete specification before selecting a programmer.

We are not familiar in sms softwares and sms gateways. So the bidder should give the following details in PMB

1. The SMS should reach to all GSM and CDMA providers in India. For this do we need to make any tie-ups with mobile service providers?

2. Can use your software in online?

3. What all are the hardware requirements needed?

Also pls PM all the requirements for running your software.
