Windows rootkit to hide EXE application

I have an application that I need hidden from task manager, windows explorer, and most of all Norton Antivirus. It's nothing malicious but it is important that users not be able to identify that the software is running. This is for security reasons related to the software. I need the application to be written for the Microsoft Windows environment and be able to run on Windows 7, Vista and XP. I'm skeptical that this is possible within the .net languages/framework, so I ask that the capable developer write this in un-managed code such as C++ or C but will also accept Java. I say Java, because I hear that root kits will work in this as well. I am open to other programming languages so long as I am able to install the compiler for such and generate runnable code from what is provided. Any languages used other than c, c++ or java should be discussed with me first though. The product should be source code, a brief description of what compiler was used to build the application, and a testable executable or jar file that I can test on dummy applications inside of a VM.
