iPhone/iPad Application Development

I am looking for an experienced iphone/ipad application developer to create an application related to

- Note taking (With keyboard &/or stylus/fingers)

- Dictaphone

The app will be targeted to the education market & must be functional to record lectures & allow the user to take notes.

The recording part of the app should create a marker or chapter every minute which is given a number (1,2,3,....) so while note taking the student can simply write down the number time stamp of the audio while taking notes so they can reference it.

E.g if 10 minutes into a lecture the professor mentions something which is going to be in the exam the student can simply write the number 10 on the note taking area of the app along with the information that this will be on the exam so when studying the notes in the future they can go straight to the 10th minute of the recording rather then having to search through the whole audio.

For the user interface basically there will need to be three screens

1. Where the users takes notes & records audio

2. Where the user see's a list off all previous recordings/notes taken

3. Where the user can view their saved notes & audio recordings.

A lite version of the app will also be required where there will be an AD in the app & audio recording is limited to 15 minutes

This is my first ipad/iphone application so I am looking for someone with experience & also someone who is happy to give input & guidance.
