5277 Whiteboard

I need a whiteboard for drawing and text for instant messaging. It simulate the physical white board of a class room. All the text, shapes, pictures and drawings made by teacher (or other users) on a provided window inside application is made visible to all students at real time, through the internet. One user starts the whiteboard application and put other ip adress to invite other users. I dont know, if we need a server for this application. We can provide an UDP api, for Transportation the packets.
