Hello again I was recommended to use FreePops. Only tested on new Yahoo accounts and it works correct. you can use FreePops + Pop3Monitor from CodeProject (or mailpp-4.0E-windows) YPOPS doesn't work with new Yahoo accounts, or probably will work with some additional settings in account. FreePops works without any additional options but need to update it to last version (run FreePops-updater and it will make all). I'm still interested in own C++ class like FreePops or probably C++ WinInet class that I didn't check yet. but I'm not ready to pay much money for this job. In any case thank you all for help!
