PC Desktop: Saving files with different number each time one hits SAVE

I need a simple quick program, possibly for today. It needs to be a program that can be run in Windows. DESCRIPTION: - Before starting, the program asks 4 things: a) file name b) file extension c) start number d) end number example of data: filename: example extension: .[login to view URL] start number: 0 end number: 2 - After those 4 data are entered and one clicks a continue button, the program provides 3 elements: element 1: which instance (number) one is located at. element 2: a big (BIG) multiline input box. (Hope it can have word wrap). The input box is to include CODE (html, php). element 3: a SAVE button Example of element 2: <p>This is file A</p> How does the program works? Using the example elements shown above. I put the same 4 data mentioned before, and I am shown that I am at instance 0, and I have the input box. I include the first code: <p>This is file A</p> And then I click SAVE. A file named [login to view URL] is saved with the data <p>This is file A</p> Then, the instance (text at the top) says: 1 The input data stays the same as before ( <p>This is file A</p> ), so the user can change it. In this example, the user changes the data to: <p>This is file AXY</p> and clicks SAVE A file named [login to view URL] is saved with the data <p>This is file AXY</p> Instance changes again, the user can modify data, and when saved, the next file is [login to view URL] THE PURPOUSE of this application is to be able to create multiple files, like over 365. Keep in mind that since the app askes you an initial number, the user can start at any particular number. Example, I can start at number 366, and go to any futher number.
