Hi, we are great at doing Windows Desktop App with WPF using C#. For databases we use SQL Server, we can use SQLite or SQLCE if you want embeded database The php part is where we don't have strenghts I'm willing to do a proof of concept without being awarded so there is no risk for you Thanks, Felice

Hello. I have a lot of experience in creating windows apps. For a modern UI I will use a WPF. For generating a docx file it's better to use .net libraries, it's impossible to use php within it.
