"DataGrid" loading and disabling cells in C# WPF XAML MVVM

Dear Freelance, This is a little project with a FIXED price of $30. Please do not bid if you do not agree with this, thanks ;-) I am learning C# with WPF and the MVVM pattern, and there's a problem I encountered today and could not manage to solve, for what I attach a zip file containing a very basic project I already started, which i want to get to work for the sake of learning. What I require is: (1) I have in my Model an ObservableCollection that is being filled up with a list of custom objects that contain the properties "(string)Ref, (string)Value, (bool)IsEnabled, (int)FontColor". (2) I need to load the data to the DataGrid and reflect these properties, but this has to be done in the xaml View for a dynamic list using (I suppose) Styles or whatever, because the amount of objects to be loaded and their property values are not known but just on runtime. (3) Notice that the property "(bool)IsEnabled" will define if the cell in that row is enabled/disabled, and the property "(int)FontColor" will define its foreground, for which I need to have written a converter from model-(int)value to view-(Brush)value and (I suppose) declare it as a static resource in my View. Important: (a) The structure of the project must be respected and there may NOT be added any code in the "[login to view URL]" class. (b) I would like to award this project to the first freelancer who provides me with a working solution extending my project. Thanks a lot for considering this project and best regards, Paul
