Hi - I would like to offer my services on an hourly basis where tracker will send you the screenshots towards the work done so that you can review the progress made on regular basis. I have already worked on similar requirements for one of my clients. The application was a Windows Service running in the background requiring no user intervention. This service was responsible for tracking a folder, reading files, extracting metadata from the files, saving it to the database and then move these files to another server.
