End goal is to allow our clients (Content Creators) the ability to upload their video (or audio) to our website, open the video or audio for editing, drag and drop one or more 5-second audio files (.wav or .mp3), save the file, and then download the finished product to their local machine. Looking for a solo freelancer not a team at this time. We have not identified any open source video editors and ask for help in this task. The "one or more audio files" would be uniquely assigned to the Content Creator from an inventory we manage.
