Windows Store Application Visual Studio 2013 Custom Control using C#
Extend the control see attached example project.
Add a property to represent the moveable red arrow. So the red arrow can be positioned using code. Also when the user moves the red arrow add an event to the control that is fired when the user releases the red arrow.
