ANSYS FLUENT problem with meshing a cube of air and cylinders

you can find the model of a cube of air and a series of miniature cylinders. the cylinders are 1um!! in diameter and the cube of air is an enclosure 0.5m!! size. the velocity field is generetaed by a velocity inlet of 0.002m/sec in the face "inlet" and velocity outlet of 0.002m/sec in the face "outlet".
The problem is that for some reason the faces "bristles" are ignored.
