Machining for 5 small parts. Will need cost estimates for Aluminum Alloy 6061 T6 and 6061 T651, and stainless steel 304 with a 2b finish and unfinished.
These are the specifications of the parts:
1. Rectangle
Length: starts with a clearance of 1/4” to first hole and 1/4” clearance from last hole to end of other side
Height and Width: 1”
Holes: Three holes with a 1/2” diameter, centered
Clearance between holes: 1/8”
2. Second rectangle with only changes being a clearance of 1/16” between holes
3. Cylinders
Length: 2”
Diameters of each cylinder (3): 7/16”, 3/8”, and 5/16”
