Project 220328
An assembly with 4 frames build with Tslot2020 using FreeCAD software
This is a FIX-PRICE project. For CompAndSoft Corp.
You must have minimum 3 years’ experience with FreeCAD software to bid on this project.
The CAD files (FCStd) of all the objects (Subparts) must be 300 bpi
A. The Tslot2020 object is a standard aluminum extrusion. (a CAD file is provided) It is a subpart of the frame assembly.
The Tslot object HxWxL is 20x20xL
B. The FRAME1 is an object subpart of the “LIFT” assembly with HxWxL is 154X50cm and it composed of 4 Tslot-2020 subpart.
The HxWxL of the frame can be changed by changing the
size of the subpart Tslot-2020.
(FRAME1 is builds from 2 Tslot-2020 of 150cm and 2 Tslot-2020 of 50 cm.)
The Tslot-2020 (see attached file [login to view URL] for the Tslot-2020 cad file):
The Frame:
Please keep in mind the following:
1. The frame must be with the x,y in the center of the frame with
The Symmetrical Constraint - constrains two selected points to be symmetrical around a given line, i.e., both selected points are constrained to lie on a normal to the line through both points and are constrained to be equidistant from the line
2. The frame is a subpart that contain the Tslot2020 part. Changing the Tslot-2020 HxWxL will change the frame size.
3. In FreeCAD the word "Assembly" is normally used to refer to a 3D model that is composed of several distinguishable parts, that are put together in some way to create a functional object, just like real life products are made.
For example, a bolt, a washer, and a nut are three separate bodies that when put together comprise an assembly.
In this project we have the assembly “LIFT” the subpart “FRAME1” and the sub-subpart, the “Tslot-2020”.
4. Only FRAME1 is required for the part of the project.
