Create KML files for 10 regions of Australia

Create 10 KML files for importing into Google Maps by amalgamating or dividing publicly-available shape files. Three are relatively simple: 1. Australian Capital Territory – existing borders 2. Tasmania – existing borders 3. Aurelia – all of present-day Western Australia south of the 20th parallel south A further six are more complex: 4. Carpentaria – –Western Australia north of the 20th parallel south –All of present-day Northern Territory –The Queensland portion of the Lake Eyre Basin Drainage Division excluding the Bulloo-Bancannia catchment and all areas south of the 26th parallel south –The Queensland portion of the Carpentaria Coast Drainage Division –The Burdekin River, Don River, Proserpine River and Whitsunday Islands catchments and all catchments north of these within the North East Coast Drainage Division 5. Riverina – the entirety of the Murray-Darling Basin Drainage Division –PLUS the Bulloo-Bancannia catchment –PLUS the Snowy River catchment –PLUS the Toowoomba Signifcant Urban Area –MINUS the Lower Murray River catchment –MINUS the Australian Capital Territory –MINUS the Guyra Urban Centre/Locality 6. Pacific New England – the entirety of the Richmond River, Clarence River, Bellinger River, Macleay River, Hastings River, Manning River, Karuah River and Hunter River catchments –PLUS the northern half of the Macquarie–Tuggerah lakes catchment –PLUS the Guyra Urban Centre/Locality –PLUS Lord Howe Island and Norfolk Island 7. Fitzroy – the remainder of Queensland plus the Tweed and Brunswick river catchments 8. Endeavour – the remainder of New South Wales plus the Jervis Bay Territory and East Gippsland catchment 9. Port Phillip – the remainder of Victoria PLUS the South Australian section of the Glenelg River catchment MINUS the Victorian section of the Millicent Coast catchment 10. Encounter – the remainder of South Australia PLUS the unclaimed section between Carpentaria, Riverina and South Australia; and the Victorian section of the Millicent Coast catchment
