One of my friends is in India Pune and he has ~50,000 rupee (old currency) and he doesn't have the time to open a bank account to be able to change it with the new currency through the banks and the exchange shops are not working anymore with the old currency, so any person in India Pune can help by taking the old currency and exchange it to him with either the new currency or with USD for a fair price, he should be leaving in India in 3 days !
