reformat text off website back into simple txt files

A rather dull and uninteresting job to copy the text off the the following pages and reformat it into simple text files. One page from the website to one page of simple text. The only formatting that is necessary is simple returns after each header and then after the text. We are removing our CMS and rebuilding the site and it would be easier to do it by starting a fresh with the copy in the simplest format. The pages we need are those in the banner menu.
