Dutch writer and directory submit

Need someone that can hand submit in 50 Dutch directories that I will supply to the winning bidder and write two 500 word articles in English and Dutch. Subject for the articles will be given to the winner of the project. The price on the articles will be $5.00 an article, and the hand submission will be 10.00. I have the directories just need some one that can read English and Dutch and knows how to hand submit to directories. PLEASE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW DUTCH AND ENGLISH PLEASE DO NOT BID..... Also only bid 30.00 for the project as I am only paying 20.00 for the whole project. IN THE PM PLEASE WRITE IN DUTCH “THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE PROJECT IS FOR 20.00” That is so I know you can write in the Dutch language. Thank you
