Assemble files into a Workbook - open to bidding

Would you be interested in combining our materials into a workbook manual of the entire course? The end product would be provided in a 3-ring binder including all the materials we've worked on (you and I), and mroe developed since our project completed. These items will be combined into the 8 section workbook: (1) full transcript of each course. That transcript needs editing, (2) and the table of contents is added to the start of each section, (3) quizzes get added to the end of each section. Then we'd want to add a glossary of terms and index. Perhaps a resource page would be added as well. How long would you estimate for that project? You created the transcripts, so you know the length already.
