This is a writing project. I am after an e-book which will include the stories/case studies of 7 Survivors of Lymphoma. I want you to find the documentation and write the case studies (preferably you will interview the 7 survivors).
The Stories should be **inspirational** and include details about patients' initial diagnosis, treatment and their emotional [url removed, login to view] survivors should be of different ages, gender and suffered of Lymphoma. The book should be arounfd 45-50 pages ([url removed, login to view] words)
I will send the detailed specifications later. With a bit of digging you'll find lots of information available on medical web sites that can be pulled together. You'll also find contact details for people who have survived Lymphoma. Please ensure that in using content from other websites that you are **not simply copying and pasting**. Please do not infringe copyright. The book is to be about 15-18000 words and delivered in Ms words file. I expect f**eedback** at least **once a week** accompanied by draft of your work. Remember this has to be an **empowering book** for all readers which presents real cases of Lymphoma survivors.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
