Input Business Cards into Excel Sheets - repost 2

I have about 200 business cards that have been scanned into pdf format (12 per page - total 18 pages/files). I need these transferred to two Excel sheets. I will send two links to separate dropbox folders that contain the cards. The cards in each folder need to go into separate Excel sheets. The excel files needs to have columns for:

Name

Company

Title

Email

Work Phone

Cell Phone

Fax

Address 1 (street number)

Address 2 (Suite number)

City

State

Zip Code

The files are all scanned in 600dpi resolution so the data should be clear if you zoom in the image. If there's any that are not clear or you can't read the data, email me the file number and description of the card and I'll re-scan it. The most important field is the email so please ask me to re-scan if there's any question about the email address. Attached is a one of the scanned card files for reference. Just be clear I need two separate excel sheets, one containing the cards in one dropbox folder and the other containing the data from the other dropbox folder.
