We need for an interesting Project on Oil-Platforms a Din-A-4 Newspaper, written in perfect Russian Language, and somebody who write it for us
Specifications:
30-31 issues per month (exception: February) - pls bid PER ISSUE, so for your daily Work !
1. Din-A-4 (297 x 210 mm) Format
2. Each issue must have 5 Sites, each Site must be written, so together you create each day 10 written sites, frontside and backside of each site.
3. We need every month and each day an issue, from monday - sunday .
4. Each issue contains 3 sites World-news, 3 Sites news from Russia, 3 Sites World sports and Russia sports, European and Russia Football is important here. 1 Site is news from Culture, Music and so on..
5. Must contain worldweather.
6. Must contain copyright-free pictures. Its on you to find pictures for your articles.
7. All articles must be written by yourself, and its not allowed to copy the arcticels from anywhere, especially other russian newspaper, web, blogs etc. . Dont write about sex or take a political opinion.
8. You do the Layout and send us each day at 22.00 GMT the issue for the next day as an Adobe-PDF- File via Mail. You can use software of your choice like Openoffice or scribus and so on.
9. All News and articles have to belong for the actual (writing) day and all intersting news, which are shown in TV, Radio etc. and people want to read next day. Dont write about sex or take a political opinion.

11. Must look like a typical print-newspaper (one big Header on frontside and so on.. )
We already do this in german language, and are working 3-4 hours each day to create an issue. The whole project is not such as profitable, as you maybe think. So please no bids over 1000 $ / month.
