Testing/QA person for a complex online Trading System

We've developed a complex financial charting software with many features. We're looking for a reliable coder or team of coders, that will use and test this software to find errors. We need a detailed description of every error and how it was caused. Please only place a bid, when you can make this project your first priority work. It is absolutely important for us to make the software bug free by the given deadline. You need to be experienced in software testing and you need to have completed similar projects successfully in your RAC history. We need fast, effective and lean solutions. A team of testers will be preferred. We will provide you with a download link of the software upon request. We highly recommend to view the software before placing a bid. SCOPE: The project has two phases: a) You need to get familiar with the software by using it and getting a deep insight in all features. We will provide you with a manual of a similar software (that was used to build the software that is to be tested). b) Testing and reporting Test the software with the goal of a bug free version at the end of the deadline. You need to perform deep tests through all features like order desk, charts, trading system development unit etc. and report the errors and bugs with date and time of the internal error log. Testingis required on Win2000 and WinXP. We need your reports at least two times a week. Daily reports would be appreciated. You should be able to handle software updates during the testing period. After successful completion this could be the starting point for more similar projects.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
