We are a small company with a very widely useful communications software and are looking to do some lead generation by email.

You would have to be sales savvy about what kind of companies to pursue as customers, be a fast on the computer, and a good communicator in written english.

You will first build lists of potenial partners, then email them offering free use of our system. This is low to no presssure.
