Book Editing

I am looking for some one with great writing skills to edit my book and rearange the content of it. It will be 10 chapter book with 25 pages each chapter. Book is on comparision of religions(hinduism and christianity with reference to Da Vinci code allegations. I am budgeting it for $ 500 with $ 50 payable at each chapter completion. Please only bid if you like to write and can finish first chapter with a month. There will lot of editing and some rewriting will be needed.
