1 Internet Marketing style (long copy) sales letter relating to mortgages / homes

I’m looking for a highly persuasive sales letter (for a website landing page) The letter will be: * Aimed at the Australian market * Deal with mortgages * Be highly emotive * Use testimonials (will be supplied but might need alternations) * And other things to be decided later I'm an internet marketer and know exactly what I want... but don't want to spend days/weeks writing copy... so i need a pro to do it for me. The final product will be a Word Document and an equivalent HTML file I’m looking for a full blown sales letter that includes all the internet marketing tricks such as highlighting, bolding, borders… anything that will convert a visitor. There will be some research involved … but this shouldn’t be too hard as there are plenty of background information on this topic. What will really take the most amount of time (and drive you insane) is developing a highly persuasive sales letter… it’s 100% about forcing the visitor to take action I’m expecting the letter to be around 2000 words but I’m more concerned with how persuasive it is rather than the quantity of the words… once again whatever it takes to convert the visitor. The budget is set at $120 … which is a lot of money for 1 sales letter (especially if you're not from a western country). However, I want the highest quality letter and therefore prepared to pay such prices for an outstanding copywriter. Originally, I gave this job to a freelancer but she is no longer replying to emails (a shame as she produced high quality copy in the past). As a result, my project was delayed by 2 weeks and i need to get back on track. I'm using a Joomla CMS so i don't need any templates or any other scripts... just a sales letter to converts like a dog in heat. But if you’re really good and have done this before then i want to see your bid for future work. Unlike my other projects i have on the go, i will quickly tell if you're good or not. I'm only paying for results... because why should i pay for a crap letter which will not give me a huge return on my investment. In your bid, include a link to your work... and it better impress me... because the sales letter you write for me will probably be of similar quality.
