Weight loss email swipes

I need short emails in the weight loss niche.

What I am looking for, is the emails should sound conversational, friendly and fun to read.

I have the topics listed, you just need to inject content. I will describe more on what to write for each topics once I have selected the right person for this job.

Each mail should be around 200 words in length approx... Most importantly the emails has to add value to the readers. The information has to be extremely valuable.
