Developer with knowledge of FastImageCache

I am looking for someone with knowledge of FastImageCache ([login to view URL]), or similar code, to incorporate into my iOS social networking app to significantly speed up image loads in the newsfeed. I need to eliminate the spinning wheel each time an image needs to load. Must be willing to work via Github in my respository. Payment will only be released upon completion and code available in my Github repository. I need 24 hour turnaround once I award the job and place .xcodeproj in my repository.
