Capsule CRM Setup

DO NOT reply to ad unless you have extensive experience with Capsule CRM, you will waste your time! I need an expert that can set up fast and correctly based on our business model and that is on Skype for assistance from time to time- (paid hourly for this). Must also also be experienced with Google apps. If you can not show a existing Capsule CRM to me do not reply with 'yes we can do it' stuff... I am looking for an expert period..... please! I have little experience with a CRM this is just one of more clients that you will get work for if Capsule works as advertised for me clients. My client is a pressure wash company (contractor) [login to view URL] They want: 1) Initial setup of the Capsule CRM for a sales process that suits the company sales process a) groupon clients -- we get a list of names and numbers only, when they want service need a webform ----------------------------example: [login to view URL] b) referrals- we must track and give gifts for refferals from client - need webform c) drivers and sales staff - we must track and give commissions - need private webform for this d) google search clients requesting quote 2) Capsule has a built in form for this purposes, I want configured for above purposes 3) After Sales Prospect of Groupon Lead becomes Client as they request service from online webform -- not sure if this can be done? currently we use connect2field for scheduling clients and I could paste or export import Cllients for scheduling, however in reading docs it may be possible to use capsule for a scheduler in combination with Google apps? Project is confusing as I really do not know how extensive we can set up and if it can be used in some way for scheduling. I suggest you introduce yourself and bid for a portion of job only or all? and clearly designated what portion you are bidding on, and we will take it from there. Please Tell me only about your CRM setup experience with suggestions for what you can do for us etc. Thanks
