3CX Call Flow Designer

Hi Everyone - We have a client who is looking to integrate with Zoho Desk, Unfortunately, the out-of-the-box plugin is not sufficient as they are an outsourced service provider and separate each customer by Department within Zoho. Zoho has built a Webhook which we need to pass through the following data too; https://flow.zoho.com/XXXX/flow/web...mber=%CallerSourceNumber%&CallerDialedNumber="CallerDialedNumberIn3CX" and they will deal with the rest. The variables we need to be passed through are; 1. Caller Source ID 2. Caller Dialed Number or QUEUE they have been routed too 3. Extension who answered the call Is someone able to assist with this?
