We are a small team with one call agent. We want to install zoho phonebridge with the following options:
Install Zoho Phonebridge with Twilio - I installed it - but it's not working unfortunately - and I have no idea why. Especially click to call and recognizing a person who is calling must be working.
Further we want a script that next call will be with the next lead of open activities. First I want that people can study the lead for one minute - than call get's started automatically. After call is finished 3 Minutes of time to complete the call. Than next leads open for one minute. until call starts - loop until user clicks on break.
I'm looking for someone who already did a very similar job for a callcenter or so.
