Bootstrap 3.0 css tweaks needed

Need a css / bootstrap 3.0 specialist to help sort my bootstrap html so that it's responsive. Need the work done in the next 8 hours. There are several areas that aren't working with custom css that I've included as well. Will need the freelancer to sort. This is simply a single html page, most of which has been done (background images etc). You'll need to work on what I've done to enable correct responsiveness.
