i need a movies and series website

I want to create a website that offers several movies and series to visitors, it can be used by both registered and non-registered people. The interface will kind of resamble Netflix's. By pressing a video, a process of a few verification steps will take place for 10 to 15 seconds, then an ad will be displayed right after. A captcha check will be done, posting a second advertisement afterwards. Finally, just after the process, the video will launch. The video player will consist of : Sound volume, full screen, different video qualities, subtitles (users can upload their own subtitles), and a previsualization on timeline like youtube's or any professional video player. A popup button will appear and call for next episode if the user is watching a serie "just like netflix". *PS1 : Every film link that appeares after the process is just a tokken access for one time only (Ex: if the user copy the last link for the film and shared it with his friends the link can not be opened if unless the user complet the process again). *PS2 : if the user click next episode button, he must go trough the verification process again Registered users will have three benefits: First benefit: If they stop the video, and return to the site, the video continues where they left off. Second advantage : During the process, the first name of the user will be displayed in a sentence such as "Hello Adnan, please wait a few seconds". Third : a wishlist action button that help them to save their favorite film or series to watch later. The website can also detect whitch country the users are from, and automaticly translate itself to their native language. The website brings film and series informations from [login to view URL] by their offred API. A call button for broken links "Report broken links" can be usefull for both types of visitors : " registred or unregistred".
