Angular expert with experience in d3.js/chartist/chartJS/NGX charts

I am looking for an angular developer with good experience also with d3.js/chartist/chartJS/NGX charts skills. Frontend template using angular/bootstrap CSS will be [login to view URL], just need some minor changes in chart areas. But I want to add some APIs call in chart module in angular frontend so it cane feed on data from backend REST APIs but for now put this aside. You must understand and write English so communication is done in a convenient way. Since the budget for this small task is not large, new devs are also welcome if they have local experience and talented. Thanks!
