Write script for FIXED HEADER on top of webpage.

This is pretty a simple job. A skilled freelancer can do this in one - two hours. What is to do. 1. First grab our index html page plus all files (css, .png & .jpg etc. inclusive) directly from the web (we will give you the url) and put them in an accessible file on your server. Note: We will not send (email & other) the files. You can download them with SiteSucker or any other. 2. We send you a screen shot of the index page to see clearly the planned fixed header section. 3. You write the code to the fixed header (Make sure its your code. We do not want to pay any license fee to 3rd party) and demo install it on your side. 4. We check your work, confirm & pay. Installation on our site will be done by us.
