We are a small but growing WISP service that is looking for 2 people that can work for us as phone and live chat technical support personnel for our WISP on a per call basis. This would be mainly helping our customers logging on to our wireless internet service, support for lost passwords, VOIP phone service and using the billing system and the email service. MUST have GOOD English speaking skills. This would mostly be between during the hours of 5PM to 9AM Monday - Friday Eastern United States time and 24 hours on weekends. We will supply a Toll Free # that will be forwarded to you. If you need an incoming phone line we will supply VOIP phone service info, you would need to have your own internet service and IP phone. All support details will be given to you. This would be a Tier 1, Tier 2 support, all others would be routed back to us for further support or repair. Please bid this on a per call price. Thank you

Hello I am an American owner/operator of a bilingual contact center in Medellin, Colombia. My agents are all from the US or Canada so they have little or no accent. I have a strong VoIP infrastructure based on 20/20 fibre optic internet. We could probably integrate a SIP trunk between us in order to pass calls. I can definitely work the hours you need. Unfortunately the only point I cannot meet is the per call price. The reason for this is because I offer dedicated, trained service. If you go with a per call cost basis, your customers will not receive the level of service they need. If you are interested we can discuss this in greater detail. Let me know. I'm currently working with a Voip company called Comvoice based in Phoenix, Arizona as customer service and technical support representative. I troubleshoot for quality and connection issues, provide programming and training on certain Cisco's and Yealinks models, softphone setups and voip phone installations. Process change requests provide billing information,etc. All of this is done by phone, email and via chat.

Hi, I understand that you want Technical Support for your WISP services. First, thank you for the opportunity! Now, why I am a good candidate for this job? My previous experience, I have worked with HughesNet as Technical Support executive for Tier 1 & was promoted to Tier 3. I have an understanding as how this process work. I have technical knowledge and understand how ISP work wired or wireless. I have good internet connectivity. I need VOIP details to work from here. I am available for EST Monday to Friday and 24 hours. I also have my friends who have worked for States process. Further about the payment, please tell how much you can pay per call so we can negotiate or you can hire on hourly basis. Please PM for further clarification.
