Area Director North San Diego
$45-500 USD / hora
Au Pair International has an immediate opening for an Area Director to support au pairs and host families. The position is contract and payment is based on the number of participants in the program. It requires only a few hours a month. As per State Department regulations the Area Director must live with in 1 hour of participants. There are participants currently in the area and the potential for growth in promising. If you enjoy working with families in your community and young people from all over the world you would find this position very rewarding.
• Have access to personal work space with telephone, computer, and
high-speed internet (from your home is acceptable)
• Are familiar with email and software applications like Microsoft Word
• Able to manage and work a flexible part-time work schedule. Usually only a few hours per month.
• Open to the possibility of occasional early evening and weekend work
• Able to work independently and report to a Regional Director
• Possesses strong customer service skills
Primary Duties:
Interview Host Families.
Provide support and assistance to Au Pairs and Host Families during the program year
Educate participants about State Department Rules and Regulations of the Au Pair Program
Provide monthly contact to Host Families and Au Pairs
Maintain and submit monthly contact logs
Promote the Au Pair program
Recruit Host Families
