- Answering calls and emails from customers

- Providing sales and upselling support when necessary
Volume of Customer Interactions:
- Handling more than 100 customer interactions per day
We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish customer service representative with professional working proficiency in both languages. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions. The main tasks will include answering calls and emails, resolving customer issues, and providing sales and upselling support.
