Hotel Phone Representative Needed

I'm seeking a beginner level customer service representative who can handle phone calls for a small hotel. Your main tasks would involve fielding customer queries, securing last-minute reservations, and forwarding pertinent information to the hotel supervisor. The work schedule would be set from 20:00H to 08:00H CET.
While not a strict requirement, any form of hotel industry background would advantageous. PERFECT Spanish is a necessity for this role so ensure you are competent in it. Medium English is an extra. The phone call volume isn't particularly high, standing at about 50 calls on average per month.
Even though you are not required to have any specific software or reservation system proficiency, being tech-savvy and having the ability to quickly understand new systems is a plus:
• Strong communication skills
• Perfect level of Spanish
• Aptitude for learning new technology
