Data Entry - Job Board Listing + Invite Job Candidates

My client is a UK based charity working with the unemployed in need of administrative support with listing vacancies on a job board.
Steps are as follows:
1. They currently source and list up to 10 vacant positions on Universal Jobmatch at any given time. These job positions will be displayed on this website: [url removed, login to view] for jobseekers to apply.
2. The client will notify you when jobs have been added.
3. You will invite up to 1000 jobseekers per job with profiles that closely match each job spec to apply by using a 'one click invite' system on Universal Jobmatch.
eg. We have a position open for a Finance Ananlyst. The client will create the job listing on Universal Jobmatch and notify you it's ready for invites. 998 jobseekers have profiles that closely match the job requirements. You will invite 998 people to apply for this position. You can only invite 1 jobseeker at a time though. So a total of 998 clicks.
This is ongoing regular work that typically takes less than half an hour to invite 1000 applicants.
