Personal assistant (monthly) : Telephone, Calendar and Data Entry Assistant $250 / month. Monday to Sunday. 9 am - 9 pm EST. Contract renewed on month to month basis, based on performance. We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a law firm, with excellent English skills (both speaking and writing skills). The work will involve: answering and if necessary transferring phone calls, booking appointments, entering and searching data. Writing letters. If you are committed, self driven and passionate about any work you do and your career we would like to contact you. Compensation: 1) Independent contractor work. Paid according to experience on per assigned and completed task basis. Skills: 1) Excellent organizational and punctuality skills & attention to detail. 2) Ability to work effectively within a team environment. 3) Responding to work assigned and posts on assigned TODO list on daily basis. 4) Have good command of English language (speaking and writing) with no spelling or grammar mistakes. 5) Have good and immediate access to internet or cell phone for quick responses. 6) Work fast, be a quick learner, with an ability to multi task. 7) Work independently PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POST WITH: 1) Concise resume with a cover letter 2) Response in point form to each point outlined as above (for both parts, as above).
