A photographer recently operated a portrait studio at a small convention where people could sign up for a professional headshot. They signed up in person by writing their names and contact information onto a schedule with open time slots. There were three options for receiving their headshot—one free and two paid options. These schedules and the options individuals chose need to be typed into a spreadsheet.
For those individuals who chose a paid option/package, their physical addresses was entered on a separate sign-up form. These will need to be matched up to the names on the first schedule and added to the spreadsheet.
In total, it's less than 100 records.
There are some inconsistencies, such as email addresses ending in @hotmail—without the .com. These types of issues will need to be resolved and the data normalized when it is typed. Also, there is a numbering system that got a little out of hand; some of names have numbers, but some do not. This is supposed to represent the order the photos were taken, but the photographer's assistant wasn't always present to write in the numbers. These will need to be filled in as best as possible.
