I am looking for a longterm person, who can help us organize our QuickBooks operations.
We are using QuickBooks Online Pro version, below are the tasks that needs to be done immediately, for the year 2014, after these tasks are complete, than on monthly basis, they will be responsible for keeping QuickBooks upto date.
1- Bank Account reconciliation with, transactions in QuickBooks.
2- Enter Vendor Invoices and Apply payments.
3- Verify and apply payments to outstanding invoices where necessary.
4- Classify expenses in to proper categories, [Expenses, are coming from Credit Cards]
I am estimating above tasks will take approx 80 hours to complete, as per my own experience. Once this task is complete, than person will be putting in no more than 5 hours a month, however monthly salary will be provided.
