URGENT - Need a local phone number in Philippines

I urgently need someone to help me figure out how to get a Philippines local phone number (DID number) where I can set it up to auto forward to my US cell phone. I will end this project immediately upon finding someone that can provide me this information at a reasonable price.

Your bid price is for this information. In you bid price also include the US call forwarding rates, and whether a call that lands to my US cell phone voicemail will be charged or not.
