Please read this description in its entirety prior to bidding, it will answer a lot of your questions. I am looking for a developer that has a script experience that can do this project in its entirety or one that knows how to build a script from scratch to this project. The purpose of this script is to extract data from public government web sites, no log in codes will be needed. The data you will be gathering is for real estate purposes; mainly on houses that are in foreclosure or are currently delinquent on their mortgage obligations. Looking to build a data base from ‘scraping data' from the following websites and importing it into an Excel format: http:// publicrecords dot onlinesearches dot com/ [login to view URL] The project will start with pulling information from the following three counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm-Beach I will provide an unfinished Excel document for your review. Please note that a lot of the work has been completed, but it is unfinished for reference purposes and I feel that it is best to start from scratch in order to build a successful master template. On the mentioned unfinished Excel document, you will be able to click on the various hyperlinks and view the pages, correspond the fields on the web site page with the respective Excel fields. Part of the project will entail: --Creating a template form to add and retrieve information based on the various fields requested. --Having an option to ‘review' previous data to newer data pulled in order to see if any of the values have changed for record keeping purposes. --Final search result to be able to be populated to a .pdf type document, i.e. prefer a format that can be saved in zoho dot com type document in order to email the file. I will pay 25% up front, 50% when it is complete and the balance of 25% when both parties certify that all fields/cells are correct and bug free. Funds will be deposited into escrow. All code / program written for this project and any future projects will be owned by me.
