Copy and paste text from online book into excel spread sheet

This is a simple copy and paste task of about 6200 short verses into an excel spreadsheet, and numbering each verse and chapter title according to the original text.

You have to scroll down a little, as It all starts at "Surah 1. Al-Fatihah – The Opening"
Only copy the title of each chapter (without the e.g. "Surah 1." or "Surah 2.") and the bold part of each verse.
I uploaded a sample excel file of the first 8 verses to make it clear how to do this job.
