Irwin & Streiner is small, general litigation law firm located in Roslyn Heights, NY that specializes in no-fault law. Though we are a small firm, our cases are high-volume. We are looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, part-time employee who is detailed-oriented and can manage high-volume accounts. We enjoy a friendly, team-spirited office environment and we’re looking for a candidate who is attentive and works well with others. Data Entry responsibilities: Open cases using Excel and other legal data systems Update case matters in case-management system Scanning Filing Office Support Qualifications To perform the essentials of the Data Entry position competently, an individual must be able to perform each task within this position effectively and efficiently. Attention to detail Must be a self-starter Possess strong organizational and follow up skills Proficient with computers and computer programs Willingness to learn new computer programs Ability to work under tense deadlines Ability and willingness to work as part of a team Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and able to work independently Ability to prioritize and multi task a large work volume with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail Willing to adjust schedule to meet work demands Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour Experience:
