Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

This project involves taking information off of a website and entering the information about a real estate developments in Florida into a Google spreadsheet and then marking the location of the community on a map in ScribbleMaps. There are 235 communities that need to be inputted (they are called Developments in the spreadsheet) and marked. BUT for each Development there may be 2-3 Subdivisions that need to be separately inputted into the spreadsheet (but not marked on the map - for the map we are only marking the Development).
This project is the first 20 Developments.

There are 243 Developments there - I have done the first six in the spreadsheet, so you will see how it is done.

Column A - Development - input the name of the development from this page - eg Autumn Woods
Column B - Subdivision - click on the link for the Development and you will see subdivisions. Each Subdivision must get a SEPARATE line in the spreadsheet. This will increase the work depending on how many Subdivisions there are for each Development.
Column C - Type of Property - click on the Subdivision link - if there is a property description there this will tell you the type(s) of property(ies) to input. Put word(s) that are in the description as long as you see these word(s) in the description only: “Single Family, Villa, Condo (number of floors - or High-Rise, Mid-Rise or Low-Rise).”
For this column or any other column where there is no information or you are unsure - put a “?”
Column D - Gated and/or Over-55 - Whether the Subdivision is Gated or limited to people over 55 in age will be mentioned in the description.
Column E - Location - do this at the Development level. You must click on view map and list the nearest cross streets and also list the nearest major road or highway. The location description for all Subdivisions within a Development will be identical.
Column F - Prices- Spring 2015 - on each Subdivision page scroll through the entire list of properties and list the range of prices rounding to the nearest $100,000. I.e. “$300,000s” or “$300,000s-$600,000s”. If there are not listings put “No Listings”
Column G - Year Built - if this is mentioned in the description for a Subdivision input it, if it is mentioned in the description for a Development put the same years in ever Subdivision.
Mapping - this is the most time consuming. Find the general location of the Development by clicking on view maps. Go to ScribbleMaps and click on ABC icon at the top - place Text - a box will pop up - put the name of the Development in the title in black text . Delete anything in the description and enter. A text box should appear on the map and place the box in the general location with the Title only (no other information needs to be inputted). This software is free and a little difficult to learn so try it out first. Use the hand to move the map and the eraser to delete any boxes that you do in error) You must find the general location from the [url removed, login to view] site and then find that same location in the Naples Florida area on ScribbleMaps and enter the text box. Note that the map will get very crowded but that is ok. Note that I will have already entered information in the map - lines and other information - please do not click on those lines or you will move them!
Please read through the entries for Ave Marie - Bonita Shores on [url removed, login to view] - this is 20 entries, and try the ScribbleMaps website which is free. I think but am not sure the first twenty entries will take about 3-4 hours of work. If the information is entered correctly and everything works and it is not too expensive, we will do the whole 243 entries. Again this project is only for 20 Developments. Once the bid is accepted I will give you the passwords to the Google Spreadsheet and ScribbleMap I have already created.
